He currently works at a think tank in Washington, D.C. His academic background brings a research-driven perspective to legal institutions, regulatory strategy, and the relationship between technology and the built environment.

As Senior Advisor, Legal Affairs & Risk Management at GUO Architecture, he contributes to the practice’s broader strategic thinking about emerging technologies and the changing relationship between innovation and the built environment.
